1. Cancellation & Refund Schedule
We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations received in writing are subject to the following rules:

| 15–29 Days | 50% of package cost | 50% refund |
| Under 15 Days | 100% of package cost | No refund |
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.
2. Privacy Policy & Consent Notice (DPDP Act 2023)
As a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, AeroFinity respects your privacy and ensures your digital personal data is handled securely.
Data Collection & Purpose
We collect specific personal data (Name, Contact Number, Email Address, and Passport Details for international travel/passport services) strictly for the purpose of communicating with you, booking your holiday arrangements, or processing your passport applications. We do not use bundled consent—your data is used solely for the explicit purpose you agreed to. We never sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
Data Retention
Your data is securely retained only for the duration required to fulfill the specified purpose (e.g., your travel completion or passport delivery), or as mandated by Indian law, after which it is securely erased.
Your Rights (Data Principal)
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access the summary of personal data being processed.
- Request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data no longer necessary for the purpose.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (which may affect our ability to provide the specific service).
- Seek grievance redressal for any privacy concerns.
